Order Wagyu Meat

You can order our delicious 100% pure bred Wagyu meat through the order form. Of course you can also visit our farm shop during opening hours. In case you order ahead we will assure your order is ready when you want to pick it up. The following four assortment of Wagyu cuts are available:

Selection assortment:

With the Selection Assortment you can select the composition yourself. You select the cuts and note your selection on the order form.

Buy a Wagyu assortment: € 300,-

Buchering a cow provides several different cuts  in varying amounts. If you choose the “Buy a Wagyu assortment”, you have the same percentage of beef, consistently divided over the different cuts. If several customers buy this assortment, they have jointly bought a full cow. The range contains between 9.5 and 9.7 pounds of Wagyu meat. The price is fixed at € 300,-

  • 1x Wagyu entrecôte: approx. 300 gram
  • 1x Wagyu rib-eye: approx. 430 gram
  • 2x Wagyu stake: approx. 320 gram = approx. 640 gram
  • 1x Wagyu rolled roast: approx. 800 gram
  • 2x Wagyu meat for stew: approx. 600 gram = approx. 1200 gram
  • 2x Wagyu steak tartare (2 steaks): approx. 250 gram = approx. 500 gram
  • 3x Wagyu oxtail sausage: approx. 200 gram = approx. 600 gram
  • 1x Wagyu smoked sausage: approx. 220 gram
  • 8x Wagyu burgers (4): approx. 470 gram = approx. 3760 gram
  • 3x Wagyu ground beef: approx. 500 gram = approx. 1500 gram
  • 1x Wagyu ossewit: 500cc

Wagyu “Special Cuts”

It is also possible to order a number of different special cuts of the Wagyu;

  • Wagyu-cheeks: € 20,- per kilo (average 1 kilo)
  • Wagyu- tongue: € 15,- per kilo (average  2 kilo)
  • Wagyu- skirt steak: € 42,- per kilo (average  1,2 kilo)
  • Wagyu- flank steak: € 45,- per kilo (average  0,8 kilo)
  • Wagyu- hanger steak: € 45,- per kilo (average  1,3 kilo)

The pricing of the assortment packages is estimated. The final price is determined based on the actual weight of the cut.

All meat is vacume packed and blast frozen immediately after the Wagyu is buchered and as such you do not need to keep the full assortment packages in your fridge in its entirety. You can store the meat in your freezer until consumption.

You can pick up orders at our farm “Het Koeienhuis” in Benningbroek. Within 24 hours of submitting the order form we will contact you to make an appointment for pick-up. For an additional charge (depending on destination) we do arrange delivery.

We made arrangements with a local courier service for delivery  in the area within the North Holland province north of the “Noordzeekanaal” and South of Texel for € 10, = per order. The deliveries with a destination in the rest of the Netherlands are € 20, – per order (these are delivered in a Styrofoam box). Cost to any other destinations are on request – please email us (wagyu@hetkoeienhuis.nl).
